Where expertise meets purpose.

Sensing is growing and looks to attract the brightest minds to join its mission to reduce humanity’s carbon footprint, forecast man-made and natural disasters, and ultimately help save lives.

Our culture

Experts with a shared orbit

We bring together a team of experts in data science, space engineering, atmospheric science, optical design, and software development with a shared focus on improving people’s lives down on Earth.

Drawing on experience from leading European space organizations and industry leaders, the team combines deep technical expertise with a strong culture of pragmatism, innovation, and execution. This enables Sensing to design and operate detection to wildfire monitoring.

Science-first mindset

Reliable, science-based data underpins everything we do. We don't cut corners on accuracy or methodology.

Multidisciplinary teams

Engineers, scientists, and data experts working side by side - building end-to-end satellite systems together.

Pragmatism & execution

Drawing on European space industry experience, we move fast and build things that actually fly in orbit.

Who we are

A team drawn from the best of European space

The team’s multidisciplinary approach allows for the development of advanced end-to-end satellite systems for a range of different applications from greenhouse gas solutions in hyperspectral imaging, satellite data processing, and emissions quantification, addressing one of the most complex challenges in climate science: accurately detecting and quantifying changes in Earth’s air and atmosphere.

At Sensing, collaboration and intellectual rigor drive progress.

The focus is on delivering reliable, science-based data that supports transparent and actionable climate monitoring, monitor natural catastrophes in near real-time, and predict upcoming ones at facility-scale and local community levels.
